Many people do not have a smartphone or are not sure how to book online. Digtoor agents help them: registering patients, sending their problem to a Digtoor doctor, and booking the visit.

Questions

Is Digtoor free for patients?

Yes. Searching for doctors and booking through Digtoor is free. You pay the doctor's consultation fee at the clinic, as you do today.

Where will Digtoor be available?

We are starting with a few cities and adding more as doctors join. Tell us your city on the waitlist so we know where to go next.

How do you check doctors?

Before a profile goes live we confirm the doctor's licence and the clinic's details. Profiles that cannot be verified are not published.

Can a doctor tell me who to see?

Yes. Use Ask a doctor to describe your problem. A licensed Digtoor doctor will contact you and advise which specialist to see and how urgently. They do not diagnose or prescribe over the phone; that happens at your visit. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital.

Does Digtoor sell medicine?

No. Our pharmacy page lists hospitals and pharmacies in Mogadishu with their medicine prices, so you can compare and ask one of them to hold a medicine for you. You pay and collect at the hospital or pharmacy. Prescription medicines are only given with a valid prescription.

What does a Digtoor agent do?

Agents help people who cannot easily use a phone or website. They register patients, send their problem to a Digtoor doctor and help book visits. Each agent has a code, so we know who helped each patient. Sign up as an agent.

Yes. Register once for the clinic and we'll help you add each doctor's profile and opening hours.
